No information is ever published or traded and is completely confidential.  All photos, PDF files, and designs are sole ownership of the homeowner.  Only WayneDesign intellectual design property is considered for revisions or resale.  Any and all pictures, PDF files, and floor plans are property of WayneDesign.  Any use thereof is prohibited unless written permission from WayneDesign.

Limits of Liability:

WayneDesign is not an engineering or architectural company and assumes no liability for structural or architectural design integrity.  Sound engineering and design principles have been applied and every effort made to meet codes and specifications.  If an error or omission occurs it is the sole responsibility of the owner or licensed contractor to make corrections prior to construction.  Dimensions and conditions to be verified by builder/contractor/owner.
